Laos is a Southeast Asian country traversed by the Mekong River and known for mountainous terrain, French colonial architecture, hill tribe settlements and Buddhist monasteries. I’d remember Laos like one of the most amazing countries, rich for its pure nature, breathtaking views and landscapes, delicious food and stunning cities such as Luang Prabang.
Venice is a magical place. You only need to get lost along the beautiful canals and discover hidden spots. You can also visit a couple of charming little islands – just 30min away by boat, such as Murano (well known for what they do with glass) and the colourful Burano. Also, not to mention Italian food is amazing… so we loved it! and will get back soon.
Cambodia is a beautiful Southeast Asian nation where you can find one of the most impressive stone temples in the world; the ruins of Angkor Wat, a massive complex built during the Khmer Empire. Phnom Penh, its capital, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum’s historical and archaeological exhibits. The magic of Cambodia lands on the big culture for handcrafts, the delicate temples and the friendly locals.
Vietnam is a Southeast Asian country on the South China Sea known for its beaches, rivers, Buddhist pagodas and bustling cities. It was our first stop in the South East Asia trip. We travelled the country from north to south by night trains, sleeping buses, planes and vans. I’d describe Vietnam as a controlled beautiful caos rich in culture, history and landscapes. From full-on cities rich in grand colonial-era architecture to endless rice paddies.
I will always remember my trip to Bali as one of the most special, amazing trips I’ve ever done in my life for work. I went all the way down to Indonesia on my own to take pictures of the lifestyle, beautiful beaches, people and culture in Bali for a packaging project made of products from Bali. I visited: Ubud, Nusa Lembongan, Seminyak, Uluwatu and Changu.
Morocco has been possibly one of my favourite countries to photograph. If you have the possibility to visit a few places, or even do a road trip like we did, you will enjoy the contrast between cities, through stunning landscapes. We visited: Tanger, Chefchaouen – well known as the blue pearl, Fez, Sahara Desert and Marrakech.
Yes, this is real! This what I thought during our week long stay on this beautiful island. I will always remember Mykonos as the prettiest cute little island full of live, bars and shops and perfect blue skies.
